The Boom Boom! Cards Family Deck is a wonderful family activity that brings parents and children together to perform 26 acts of kindness. Each Boom Boom! Card in the Family Deck contains a simple yet powerful act that family members can perform in order to help others and make the world a better place! Examples include leaving a note for your mail carrier, trash collector, or newspaper deliverer thanking them for the great job they do (Family Card #5) or doing something for someone that they’ve been putting off (Family Card #17).
Once you’ve completed a Family Deck card, put a Boom Boom! sticker on the Command Central Activity Board to indicate that you’ve done it and post the story of what happened on our website. You can even include photos and videos with your post! Then pass the card on for another family to do. Each card’s unique ID enables your family to follow the cards you do on the website’s map and see where they end up. Plus, family discussion cards are included to inspire conversation about the whole experience. The Boom Boom! Cards Family Deck promotes family togetherness through intentional acts of kindness and is a fun way to teach the values of compassion, kindness and community!
